I hope this is a permanent link to a very amazing concept which no doubt will take a few more years to come about.

And gentle reader I have had a crappy week again at work. Plus a friends Mum died the other day and the funeral is tomorrow. She was a christian and so the emotions are mixed - sort of ok cos she is in heaven but also missing her and feeling for the familty too who will miss her more than words can say.

And I have to tip my hat to James who really liked my Pic of him in this weeks The Paper [OnLine soon (for non regular viewers I have a pic of james in a blue wig which I have used every issue for a while and I - oh just take a look and then look back at other issues, you'll work it out.)] I liked it a lot, but it's always nice when others do too.

Whilst in a hat tipping mode may I do a tip to Matty D who dropped by BB just as we were leaving and cheered me up - I can't put my finger on what exactly it was about his visit that cheered me but it did.

Well, off to put up The Paper and then to bed. This weekend is Squad Comp Camp and when it isn't freezing cold and raining I am sure it will be good. [Comment] [GuestBook] [Archive]

Man what a crazy couple of days. Car trouble, of course, today I spent all day watching the lube mobile guy install a new water pump, test it, find a leak in my radiator, replace it, get covered in water cos the thermostat was also locked closed creating a huge pressure build up and then finally get home. But I was blessed in that it was the guys last day and so he didn't charge me for all the hours he worked and he was good natured about a simple job that took almost 3 hours to do and got him and the inside of his van covered in radiator water.

Cost a lot more than I expected but I am again back on the road. Monday afternoon was when it all began with me getting a tow home. Tuesday I got up very early and took Steve to work and borrowed his car - we then were up until midnight replacing the water pump with the one off Big Red - but that pump also leaked and so today I ended up breaking down half way to work with overheating problems. Which means that I am completely worn out and am off to bed. Not sure when this will be posted as Blogegr is currently doing server maintainance. Cheers. [Comment] [GuestBook] [Archive]

Well the video got done, and although there was a slight technical hitch, I got a good report from someone who'd I least expect!! I'll put the movie up tomorrow as I only just got it done in time to get to church for band practice. I will also be making a special version and taking it to BB on Thursday, it will include the missing beginning and also some scences, which although aren't rude or anything evil, just didn't quite seem right to show at church.

And I finally got around to checking the latest entry in my Guest Book and found out that my Mum reads my blogg! So hi mum, sorry I didn't call on Sunday but the video tied me up. Well I better get to bed, I might deal with work more effectively if I get more sleep too! This week will be reports reports reports as I do my own and organise everyone elses [I run the reporting system at westfields] and implement a new system. To all those IPT students out there, don't forget parallel [and to some extent phased] implementation involves a lot of work for those doing it!!!! I know, cos that's what I'm doing with the reports, sort of a phased parallel implementation which means I get to run two systems at once .... oh the joy. [Comment] [GuestBook] [Archive]

Today I am working on a video for tonight's Brigade service, if I get it done in time then you all might get a chance to see it. Otherwise I will put it up after the service. Rob is supposed to be getting his 1.9XP today, which although I know sounds like a gun or maybe a European car is, I am lead to believe, l33t speak for a new computer - presumably running at 1.9Ghz and with that abortion of an OS known as XP. Well I know he will have fun so keep those eyes well peeled and I am sure his cam or blogg will reveal something. [Comment] [GuestBook] [Archive]
