This is the first of weekly editions of this newsletter - it will have notices about things that are coming up over the next few weeks, and have info on what has happened over the last few weeks - as well anything which seems appropriate at the time.
This web version of The Paper will be slightly different as it will contain not contain any details about future events - only a title and date - if you want all the details then join our company!
Also in the hard copy version there is no confusion about what
Previous and Next mean. Obviously previously means stories about
events that have happend and Next is a details of events that are in
the future.
Of course on the net these words mean other things and so to remove
confusion they have become what they intiutively should be - they are
the navigation buttons. It is linear, so previous from here takes you
back to the index page for weekly editions, and for the most currrent
issue the Next button doesn't work.

OPENING OF BRIGADE HOUSE.
Thanks to DavidF, PeterD, AndrewR, WarrenY, WarickL, SimonB, JamesN, TimS, MichaelT, RachelB and RhysB for helping at the cermony two weeks ago. We marhed while some girls did a dance programme to some music. People thought we looked very smooth. Peter was temporarily promoted to S/Sgt for the day!
TABLE TENNIS.
StevenD, ChrisC, WarrenY, WarrickL, SimonB, JamesN, DanielF were the contestants with Warren coming 2nd in 15yrs Singles and Warrick & Chris 2nd in 15 years Doubles. The guys got to play but didn't win sufficient games in the preliminary round robbin section to make it through to the finals.
