Wonderland Camp This Weekend!

SPORTS UPDATE

Tues night saw the Toongabbie Baptist Church Touch Footy team romp home in only their second win of the season.

Ably lead by their Captain James "The Butcher" Hogg, who carved his way easily through the opposition, the boys finished up 3-nil victors against the SGE Eagles.

"We're going all the way," said Steven Dearth when discussing the win.

Meet at the church
at 545pm

Can your parents help with transport? If so call David Fletcher as soon as you can or tell him tonight.

Both David and myself will have our Mobiles with us .

From the Net...."A bunch of us Christians are praying every day before school. I can't wait to see what God is going to do through us this year, even though I graduate in June... other people in my youth group who don't go to my school pray for my school now... it's so exciting! If any of you want to pray for my school, we would greatly appreciate it! It's called Strongsville High School... nothing will happen unless we pray!"

This is a government run school in the USA. Pray for their boldness in keeping up this witness, and that they would be speaking to their friends about their faith. This was totally set up and run by students.

News From Glenbrook....

Myself and the captain of Glenbrook company thought it would be good if our company prayed for each other. Here's one to get you started.

* Squad leaders (Lachlan, Ryan, Daniel and Philip)as they build relationships with the Boys in their squads and as they seek to develop the effectiveness of Squad Time.

Have U Tried PASTA?

Say What? PASTA stands for the Pray At Six Thirty Alternative.

Yeah, so? David Houghton suggested that every week at 630pm myself and anyone else who can make it pray in the church about BB that night - thanking God for what he has done, the people who run the night, the guys who come along, for safety, for the things we plan to do that night, for camps and, well, for everything - with thanksgiving.

I Can't Make It! No problem, you see PASTA can be had anywhere, so wherever you are at 6:30pm Thursday, stop what you are doing and pray for BB.

Why? Because Jesus would!

So what about you? Will you join us for PASTA, or maybe have PASTA on your own?
